Notes

rs11012732 is a SNP in the MLLT10 gene on ch 10p12.31. A study of ~1,600 patients with meningioma, all of European ancestry, concluded that increased risk for the disease was associated with rs11012732(G) alleles. The odds ratio was 1.46 (p = 1.9 x 10e-14). A nearby SNP, rs12770228, was also linked to meningioma risk.
