Notes
rs11110912 was reported in a 2007 study to be associated with high blood pressure. The risk allele (oriented to the dbSNP entry) is (G); the odds ratio associated with heterozygotes is 1.33 (CI 1.18-1.51), and for homozygotes, 1.34 (CI 0.96-1.86). Note: rs11110912 did not replicate in this 2008 study.
