Notes

rs11809207 is a SNP in the cation channel, sperm associated 4 CATSPER4 gene. A study of ~20,000 individuals found several SNPs associated with taller stature (height). The rs11809207(A) allele was associated with an increase in height of 0.46cm per copy of the allele. The role of height-associated loci identified in genome wide association studies in the determination of pediatric stature.
