Notes
rs13431828 is a SNP in the Interleukin-1 receptor-like 1 IL1RL1 gene. 206 adult patients with surgery-unresponsive chronic rhinosinusitis and 196 matched controls were used to conclude that several SNPs in the IL1RL1 gene appeared to be protective against this condition. rs13431828 showed the highest association with CRS (p = 0.008; odds ratio 0.56; CI: 0.36-0.86).
