Notes

rs1344484 has been reported in a large study to be associated with bipolar disorder. The risk allele (oriented to the dbSNP entry) is (T); the odds ratio associated with heterozygotes is 1.24 (CI 1.03-1.48), and for homozygotes, 1.52 (CI 1.27-1.82). Findings from bipolar disorder genome-wide association studies replicate in a Finnish bipolar family-cohort.
