Notes

From SNPedia

This 2003 article titled "Amino acid substitutions in the thyroglobulin gene are associated with susceptibility to human and murine autoimmune thyroid disease" performed case control association studies for 14 TG SNPs in 285 AITD patients and 150 controls. *OD for risk allele for rs2076740 C allele by itself was given in supplementary tables 10-12. The OD was the same (1.56) for AITD (p=0.003), for specifically GD (p=0.006), and specifically HT (p=0.02).
