Notes

rs2305767 (P = 1.16 x 10(-4); OR 1.41, 95% CI 1.18-1.67). We demonstrate significant association of allelic variants in MYO9B with schizophrenia Crohn's disease rs2305767 associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) overall (corrected P-value 0.002, odds ratio [OR] 0.76, 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.67-0.86) However, a 2016 meta-analysis including 8 studies (totaling 2272 cases and 5419 controls) found no significant association for this SNP and celiac disease in Caucasian populations.
