Notes
rs3761218 has been reported in a large study to be associated with bipolar disorder. The risk allele (oriented to the dbSNP entry) is (C); the odds ratio associated with heterozygotes is 0.97 (CI 0.81-1.15), and for homozygotes, 1.31 (CI 1.09-1.57). Findings from bipolar disorder genome-wide association studies replicate in a Finnish bipolar family-cohort.
