Notes

rs683395 has been reported in a large study to be associated with bipolar disorder. The risk allele (oriented to the dbSNP entry) is (G); the odds ratio associated with heterozygotes is 1.47 (CI 1.26-1.71), and for homozygotes, 1.3 (CI 0.69-2.46). Findings from bipolar disorder genome-wide association studies replicate in a Finnish bipolar family-cohort.
