Notes
Cystic Fibrosis rs397508328
A;C
This could be an error in 23andMe's database, when they should have entered the variant genotype as (A;G) rather than (A;C). The effect of the (A;C) genotype is unknown, however, an (A;G) genotype at this SNP is considered being a carrier of a pathogenic Cystic Fibrosis allele.
