Notes

rs110419 is a SNP in the LMO1 LIM domain only 1 (rhombotin 1) gene. A GWAS study of 2,000+ patients (and 6,000+ controls) concluded that the rs110419(A) allele is associated with increased risk for neuroblastoma, with an allelic odds ratio of 1.34 (CI: 1.25 - 1.44, combined p = 5.2 x 10e-16).
