Notes
rs10868366, a SNP in the GOLM1 gene, is associated with reduced risk for Alzheimer's disease in a study of ~1100 Canadian patients. The protective allele appears to be rs10868366(T), giving an odds ratio of 0.55 (CI: 0.40 - 0.75). GOLPH2 gene markers are not associated with Alzheimer's disease in a sample of the Spanish population. Intermediate phenotypes identify divergent pathways to Alzheimer's disease. Association studies of 19 candidate SNPs with sporadic Alzheimer's disease in the North Chinese Han population.
