Notes
rs7019241, a SNP in the GOLM1 gene, is associated with reduced risk for Alzheimer's disease in a study of ~1100 Canadian patients. The protective allele appears to be rs10868366(T), giving an odds ratio of 0.54 (CI: 0.38 - 0.75). GOLPH2 gene markers are not associated with Alzheimer's disease in a sample of the Spanish population.
