Notes

rs3814637 represents an intronic variant in the CYP2C19 gene. Although found within several CYP2C19 star alleles (CYP2C19*1.004, CYP2C19*1.005, and CYP2C19*15.001) that have normal function, the minor (T) allele of rs3814637 is associated with significantly lower maintenance doses of warfarin among UK BioBank participants. Association of warfarin dose with genes involved in its action and metabolism. The largest prospective warfarin-treated cohort supports genetic forecasting.
