The risk allele (oriented to the dbSNP entry) is (G); the odds ratio associated with heterozygotes is 1.09 (CI 0.97-1.24), and for homozygotes, 1.72 (CI 1.40-2.11). Lack of association or interactions between the IL-4, IL-4Ralpha and IL-13 genes, and rheumatoid arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis susceptibility loci at chromosomes 10p15, 12q13 and 22q13. Representation of genetic association via attributable familial relative risks in order to identify polymorphisms functionally relevant to rheumatoid arthritis. AntEpiSeeker: detecting epistatic interactions for case-control studies using a two-stage ant colony optimization algorithm. A novel galectin-1 and interleukin 2 receptor beta haplotype is associated with autoimmune myasthenia gravis.
